  My son had never been in a daycare setting and I has some reservations at first. After meeting with Miss Cheryl and touring the facility I found that the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice and all the children seemed happy and were having fun. I am very pleased with this daycare and would recommend them anytime.

  Attorney Scott Bitar assisted me with some minor traffic violations. He is a true professional who knows the law and knows his client's rights under the law. • Review of "Allias Steven R" at New Kensington

  Attorney Steve Allias was recommended to me as being the best of the best. I went to him with a simple case that atleast still required a lawyer. It took me nearly two weeks to reach him via phone, but I understand people get busy in that line of work. He discounted my consultation which was really nice. He assured me this case would be over quickly in my favor. Then the nightmare began. After my initial consultation, we agreed on a really decent price to see my case through until the end. He told me the materials and evidence I would need to gather in order to provide the proof we would need to win. I gathered all information and the money in 6 days. It took an additional 2 weeks of constant phone calls and random trips wasting time and gas money just to get ahold of him. The next time we met, I paid him the money and received no receipt of his services or contacted agreement which I believe lawyers are legally required to provide in the state of Pennsylvania. Oh and to top it off he admitted he lost all of my paperwork including a full house layout sketch that took my wife and I 5 hours to compete accurately to scale. Despite my doubts, he reassured me this would all be over soon and I was fully broke after paying him all that money anyways. So my preliminary hearing came up. Steve called me the night before and said make sure I'm early. I was scared and nervous and I was there 20 minutes early. Steven was 20 minutes late. I never was a part of the pre hearing discussions, only Steve in the party that pressed charges. He came out and told me that because the da was not present and had not read the evidence we couldn't have a preliminary hearing that would end well at all for me and his best advice as a lawyer was to waive my hearing. According to over 5 other lawyers this was incorrect legal advice and probably the worst decision an attorney could ever make. So now it's gone on 3.5 weeks of calling Steve every other day twice a day between my wife and I about my arraignment hearing and he has completely disappeared. Although very friendly and confident, Steven Allias is a very unorganized attorney. He is never prompt at returning your calls and he disappears for weeks without reason. This man basically stole my money and screwed me over with terrible legal advice. Do not trust him or hire him. I now have to pay thousands of dollars to hire a better attorney and try to clear this matter up. I do believe he's good man at heart and he definitely made me feel better. I just don't trust someone that promises to contact you in 24 to 48 hours then when you call them in 52 hours they say well I'm tired so I can't help you.
